⭐ Booking Instructions Please read before booking:

1. Select the babysitting service you require.
    
2. Scroll down and choose the number of hours needed (3 hrs, 5 hrs, 7 hrs, etc.) .
    
3. Click BOOK to open the calendar.
    
4. The times shown on the calendar are start times only.
    
   • Once a start time is selected, the system automatically allows the full duration of your booking (e.g., 3 hrs, 5 hrs, 7 hrs)  add extra time if needed. 
   • If no times are available at all, please contact the Agency directly.
      

What Happens Next:
5. A brief booking summary will appear showing the session details and the $25 non-refundable booking fee which is payable (for new and non-regular clients, if a regular client this will be deducted on the day of babysitting). Follow the prompts to proceed.
6. During or after the booking is submitted, please complete the Babysitting Information Form below by clicking the orange tab.
7. Once completed this form will be sent to you via email - please then verify with your signature when prompted to accept our terms and conditions of the booking.
8. Once all steps are completed, the Agency will review your booking and send you a final confirmation message.

Important:
– Your booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from the Agency.
– If you do not receive any communication, please contact us directly to ensure your booking has been received. Note: Bookings require a minimum of 24hrs notice to allow time for staff allocation. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page for full booking, confirmation, and cancellation policies.
